How to request data deletion

1. Email us at hello@clickscale.ai.
2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
3. Tell us enough to find your data — for example your name, the email or phone number you used, your business name, and, if relevant, the Meta Page, ad account or integration connected to ClickScale.
4. Verification. We may need to confirm your identity or authority before deleting data, to protect you and others.
5. Deletion. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the applicable information, unless we are required or permitted by law to keep some of it (for example, for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes). If we must keep anything, we keep it only for that purpose.

We will confirm when your request has been completed or explain why any information must be retained.

Deleting data from your Meta connection

If you want data associated with your Meta connection deleted, you can:

• Disconnect the Meta integration from ClickScale where that option is available, and/or revoke ClickScale’s access through your Meta account settings; and
• Submit a Data Deletion Request using the steps above.

Disconnecting stops ClickScale from accessing new data through that authorization. Data we already processed is deleted through the request process above.

Please note: deleting data or disconnecting an integration may stop related ClickScale features (such as campaign management, lead syncing or follow-up) from working.

If you are a lead or customer of a ClickScale customer

Businesses use ClickScale to manage their own leads and customers. If a business contacted you using ClickScale, you can ask that business directly, or email us and we will help route your request to the right business where appropriate.
